This workshop features a series of brief film clips depicting client-therapist situations that exemplify various complex ethical dilemmas such as (1) dealing with suicidal clients, (2) therapist impairment self-care, (3) multiclient issues, (4) record keeping and subpoenas, and (5) updates to Tarasoff.  Literature updates, along with relevant Codes of Ethics and current expert opinion on standard of care will be included in all areas of discussion.
