Please note that the Registration Date has been extended to May 13th, 2011.
This conference will promote hope, wellness, and self-sufficiency in the Transition Age Youth (TAY) population ages 16 -25. The goals of this conference are to provide participants with the tools and knowledge to effectively and competently deliver mental health services and supports to TAY experiencing emotional, behavioral, and/or co-occurring substance abuse challenges.
